Warehouse Supervisor – Lead, Improve, and Deliver Results

TMA Group is a proud mid-sized, Australian-owned company in an exciting phase of change and process improvement. We're looking for an energetic, hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations and help take our team to the next level.

What You'll Do

§  Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations – inbound, outbound, stock control, deliveries.

§  Manage workflow and resources, including temporary staff scheduling.

§  Maintain inventory accuracy through regular counts and stocktakes.

§  Keep the warehouse safe, functional, and well-maintained.

§  Build and maintain relationships with freight providers – from problem-solving to negotiating better rates.

§  Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.

§  Work closely with sales and production to improve efficiency and service.

§  Ensure full compliance with WHS/OHS standards.

§  Take ownership of administration and reporting tasks.

§  Leading the receiving and picking teams in the operations of the warehouse in a safe and efficient way

§  Balance the day's workload activities to manage the on-time delivery of orders

§  Oversee stock control and cyclical counting

§  Ensure company processes and policies are followed when handling customer stock

§  Help develop a safe and inclusive culture

§  Assisting the Warehouse Manager in various improvement projects

About You

§  5+ years' experience in a similar warehouse or logistics leadership role.

§  Strong knowledge of warehousing, logistics, and transport operations.

§  A people-focused leader who mentors, motivates, and leads by example.

§  Excellent time management – thrives under pressure and meets deadlines.

§  High-level computer literacy, including MS Office.

§  Exceptional communication skills – written, verbal, and listening.

§  Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.

§  Positive, resilient, and adaptable to change.

§  Hands-on, practical, and committed to continuous improvement.
