Bepoz Global is Australia's leading Point-of-Sale and business management supplier, with offices in each capital city across Australia, and internationally in the UK and US. We are a world class POS platform that combines cutting edge cloud technology with trusted and reliable on-premise operations. Our warehouse, in North Melbourne, is the central hardware distribution hub for the broader Oolio Group. Due to rapid, growth, we are looking to build our warehouse team and are seeking someone with warehouse experience to join our team.

The Role:

We are looking for a hard-working, organised person who thrives in a high-paced environment and is comfortable working with technology and logistics. You will oversee goods-in and good-out of POS terminals and EFTPOS devices in a small high-value warehouse/office environment.

You will be responsible for:

  • Deliveries: receive deliveries from suppliers of stock and prepare outgoing orders for customers.
  • Logistics Management: managing consignment notes and documentation and liaise with delivery companies.
  • Assisting with monthly Stock takes.
  • Set up of screens and payment terminals for our onsite implementation team.
  • Warehouse Coordination: keep a clean, safe warehouse with easy to access inventory.
  • Customer support; assist with the scheduling of deliveries and onsite bookings.

What we're looking for:

  • The right candidate will be energetic, safety-conscious and like everything in its place.
  • Demonstrated experience in warehouse administration or logistics.
  • Experience with manual stocktaking.
  • Knowledge of Word and basic Excel.
  • Be physically fit and able to work safely at high energy.
  • Excellent attention to detail and has used inventory systems (NetSuite experience would be advantageous)
  • Prior experience with P.O.S and EFTPOS Terminal Onboarding would be highly regarded.
