How You'll Shine

As our Sous Chef, you will play a pivotal role in our kitchen, working closely with our Head Chef to inspire and lead our culinary team. Your creativity will be cherished here; from crafting mouthwatering menus to introducing fresh and exciting dishes that reflect our commitment to quality and the rich tapestry of global cuisines.

What You'll Bring

To be successful in this role, you will have;

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or senior line cook in a restaurant environment.

  • Culinary degree or equivalent certification from a recognised culinary institution preferred.

  • Strong leadership abilities with a collaborative and hands-on approach to management.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

  • Thorough knowledge of culinary techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety protocols.

  • Passion for food and a keen eye for detail, with a commitment to delivering exceptional quality.

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
