The Ramsgate Hotel isn't just a local favourite It's a South Australian icon serving up quality pub classics, fresh local seafood, and the kind of good times that keep people coming back. We're looking for a Senior Sous Chef to step into a key leadership role and keep our kitchen firing.

A day in the life of a Senior Sous Chef

  • Running the pass and leading service in a high-volume kitchen
  • Supporting the Head Chef with menu execution and kitchen management
  • Leading, training, and inspiring the brigade
  • Overseeing prep, grill, fryers, and pizza with consistency and quality
  • Maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene
  • Being the Head Chef's right-hand, ready to step up when needed

What do we need from you

About you:

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume kitchen
  • Leadership skills that bring out the best in your team
  • Passion for quality food and consistency under pressure
  • Organised, reliable, and confident running a busy pass
  • Calm under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced environment
