Healthcare Recruitment Consultant – New Desk Opportunity

We're looking for a motivated Healthcare Recruitment Consultant with proven industry experience and a strong interest in business development to help us grow this exciting new division.

This is your chance to build a desk from the ground up, carve out your niche in healthcare recruitment, and be directly involved in shaping the future of ETA's healthcare footprint.

What You'll Do

  • Drive business development to establish and grow ETA's healthcare client base.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for healthcare roles – sourcing, screening, interviewing, compliance, and placement.
  • Partner with clients to provide tailored workforce solutions and deliver a high level of service.
  • Build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and clients.
  • Work closely with ETA leadership to develop strategy and direction for this new desk.

  • Proven experience in healthcare recruitment (agency).
  • Strong business development capability and confidence in B2B sales.
  • Ability to identify and grow new client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Resilience, drive, and a passion for delivering results.
  • Someone motivated by the opportunity to create and grow a desk from scratch.
