Senior Recruitment Consultant - Healthcare

We are entering an exciting period of growth here at Framework Group with incredible desks available in our healthcare division. With a new office in place to support the planned growth and the sustained client demand, we are now looking for Senior Recruitment Consultants to join our business. As a business, we are down-to-earth, simply looking to do good work, provide impeccable service, and create an environment for our consultants to enjoy the work they do, be rewarded in terms of progression, and, equal to that, be financially rewarded to the same measure.

If you are a self-motivated and articulate recruitment consultant with an internal drive to create long-lasting client relationships, and you love to be out meeting your clients, fostering real partnerships, we should be talking.

What you will need to succeed in the role

  • High level of motivation and drive to be the best recruitment consultant possible.
  • An ability to find & partner with your clients deeply and become a long-term partner.
  • Hungry to progress and drive your own path forward.
  • Ideally, prior proven recruitment experience in a full end-to-end 360 role.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
