Job Description Summary
We are seeking a Workplace Coordinator in Melbourne. This role is ideal for someone passionate about hospitality, experience-driven service, and creating a welcoming workplace environment.

Reporting to the Director, Workplace Experience, this role is the first point of contact for visitors and plays a vital part in delivering workplace services that are seamless, helpful, and engaging.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a professional and friendly welcome experience to all visitors and guests
  • Manage meeting room bookings, event support, AV setup, and catering coordination
  • Respond to workplace enquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Support workplace operations including mail handling, locker management, and inventory coordination
  • Conduct regular office floor checks, log maintenance or WHS issues, and liaise with service providers
  • Coordinate onboarding packs and technology setup for new starters
  • Assist with process improvements and contribute to an inclusive, service-oriented team culture

What We're Looking For

  • Background in hospitality, reception, or workplace concierge services (ideally within a corporate environment)
  • Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional manner
  • Ability to multi-task, stay organised, and remain calm under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and confidence using workplace systems
  • Certificate III in Hospitality (preferred)
  • A proactive, team-focused mindset with a genuine passion for great service
