We're on the lookout for a tech-savvy and enthusiastic Customer Experience Assistant to join our CBRE–ISPT team. You'll help deliver engaging events and campaigns, manage digital content on our community app, and support the day-to-day coordination that keeps our workplaces running smoothly.

This is a hands-on role where your attention to detail, creativity and can-do approach will shine.

What you'll do

  • Coordinate events, activations and wellbeing programs, handling logistics, suppliers and communications
  • Manage and update digital content across signage, eDMs, lift screens and the EPIC community app
  • Support marketing and campaign rollouts, assisting with creative assets and copy
  • Raise purchase orders, process invoices and maintain contractor compliance records
  • Respond to tenant and community enquiries, ensuring a seamless on-site experience
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the property and facilities teams

What you'll bring

  • Experience in events, communications, marketing or customer service
  • Strong tech confidence (apps, Mailchimp, Microsoft Office)
  • Excellent organisation, attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • A creative mindset and strong written communication
  • A positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to take ownership
