Job Description
Loukas Law is an energetic Subiaco based family law firm that works with passion and strength. The team is highly successful and always looks for ways to improve and excel. You will be joining a close-knit team, which thrives on delivering and balancing a busy workload and working to deadlines.

This position will require an energetic and highly organised and efficient individual to provide administrative support to the firm. It is essential that you have a flexible approach to your duties and are well organised, as your position will be varied and busy.

Your Daily Duties Will Consist Of Providing Administrative Support

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Email and diary management
  • Meeting and greeting clients and guests
  • File maintenance and management
  • Maintenance of correspondence files and briefs
  • Court filing
  • Handling incoming/outgoing mail
  • Providing support to a team of lawyers
  • Preparing Court documents & assisting with Court preparation
  • Preparing and amending documents
  • Preparing correspondence
  • Compiling briefs
  • Other administrative tasks as required

To be considered for this position, it is essential that you are also:

  • Wanting to stay long term and progess into a Lawyer position.
  • Have a friendly and positive attitude
  • Pride yourself on attention to detail
  • Are self-motivated and possess initiative
  • Have knowledge of Microsoft suite including Word and Excel and excellent typing skills
  • Have excellent telephone manner and ability to communicate with clients and service providers

The Following Experience Would Be Desirable But Not Essential,

  • Experience with Smokeball or a legal practice management software
  • 3CX telephone system
  • 6+ months administration experience, ideally within the legal industry.
