Exciting role in dynamic, growing firm with numerous networking events - Experience in an accounting or legal firm as a PA required - Subiaco location close to rokeby road and new restaurant hub **The Role** Our client is currently looking to hire an experienced Personal Assistant to support 2 of the Directors and a team of Advisors, Accountants and Bookkeepers. Your prior experience working within a varied and busy professional office will assist you be a true partner to the Directors you support. High level attention to detail, organizational skills, an ability to work autonomously as well as handling multiple needs that come your way on a daily basis are key requirements of the person taking on this position. **Key Responsibilities Will Include But Are Not Limited To**: - Day-to-day diary management including scheduling meetings - Creating and formatting proposals and presentations - Preparing letters, reports and high-level formatting - Client database administration - Working closely with marketing team on event management and organization - Team support with ad-hoc requests daily - General office support as required such as answering phone calls and document management - Various other administration tasks as required. **To Be Considered You Will Have** - Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a similar position within and accounting, financial planning or legal firm - Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Adobe and PowerPoint - Excellent soft skills and high-level attention to detail - Strong organizational skills and a desire for tasks to be undertaken efficiently - Ability to work under pressure and prioritize conflicting deadlines on behalf of Directors and the team - A positive "can do" attitude, friendly nature, flexibility, initiative and a strong work ethic - A strong sense of accountability **What is on offer?** - Central Subiaco location - Inclusive, positive social culture - Excellent remuneration package, training and development - Performance management goals that are achievable and structured in nature
