Receptionist

We are a Subiaco law firm with a strong reputation for excellence and a client-centric approach, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional legal solutions and exceeding the expectations of our valued clients.

We are currently seeking a Receptionist to join our team to provide essential administrative and reception support to our busy legal practice.

What you'll be doing

  • Greeting and welcoming clients in a professional and friendly manner
  • Handling incoming phone calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate team member
  • Providing general administrative assistance, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and preparing correspondence
  • Maintaining and organising physical and digital filing systems
  • Assisting with the preparation of legal documents and correspondence
  • Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment
  • General office duties including managing office supplies and errands.

What we're looking for (but not essential)

  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with a professional, friendly demeanor
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with legal practice management software
  • Proven experience in a similar administrative or legal support role, preferably within a law firm
  • A keen interest in the legal industry and a commitment to providing exceptional client service
  • A positive, adaptable and team-oriented approach to work

This position is permanent full time. Part time or WFH is not available for this role.

You must be available to work 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday from our office in Subiaco.

Salary for this position is negotiable, based on the skills and experience of the successful applicant.
