Our client is a highly regarded and respected legal practice committed to providing exceptional service and legal expertise. They are currently seeking a fulltime, highly organised and proactive Legal Secretary to join their busy team in their Subiaco office.

• Prepare legal documents and correspondence with accuracy and efficiency
• Provide administrative support to solicitors with a focus on family law (preferred)
• Manage diaries, appointments, and legal calendars for multiple practitioners
• Assist with occasional transcription and reception relief duties
• Maintain filing systems and ensure documentation is up to date and compliant
• Liaise with clients and external stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Legal Assistant or Secretary (family law preferred)
• Strong clerical and document management skills
• Proficient in diary management and time coordination
• High attention to detail and accuracy under pressure
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a legal setting
• Friendly, professional communication style with a can-do attitude
