We're seeking a
Head of Talent & Careers
to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Herron Todd White's workforce.

Reporting to the Chief People & Culture Officer, you'll lead the design and delivery of our
Talent & Careers Strategy
- blending visionary initiatives with hands-on execution, supported by the Talent & Careers Partner.

Herron Todd White (HTW) is Australia's largest independent property valuation and advisory firm.

With over 60 years of experience and a recent partnership with Quadrant Private Equity, HTW leverages a network of over 800 professionals nationwide to offer trusted insights, combining local expertise with national reach for informed property decisions.

What you'll be doing?

This role spans the full talent lifecycle for our Property Valuers nationwide, focusing on attraction, growth, and retention.

You will:

  • Lead and evolve our Early Careers Program
    , shaping the next generation of Valuers
  • Design and deliver organisational development initiatives
    that strengthen capability and culture
  • Partner with People Partners on workforce planning and forecasting
  • Shape and enhance our EVP and employer brand
  • Optimise talent processes, systems, reporting, and data
  • Oversee CPD and Graduate Program design and delivery
  • Drive retention, succession, and leadership development across the business

What you'll bring:

  • Minimum 5-7 years+ experience in internal Talent Management
  • Recent demonstrated experience in a hands-on talent role
  • An understanding of Australia and New Zealand professional services
  • Strong people leadership experience (5+ years), providing coaching and day-to-day direction
  • Collaborative, positive and solution-focused
