Renova Talent is partnering with a leading and fast-growing Australian financial institution to secure an experienced and strategic Head of Funding & Securitisation to join their Treasury team. This is a unique opportunity for a senior Treasury professional to drive impactful funding initiatives and shape the funding strategy of a dynamic, high-growth organisation.

This is not your standard Treasury role. You will play a pivotal part in leading structured funding initiatives, including securitisation programs and wholesale funding strategies. The organisation values innovation, agility, and collaboration, offering you the autonomy to make a tangible impact while working alongside a highly skilled Treasury team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the organisation's funding strategy, translating complex balance sheet requirements into practical, high-impact initiatives.
  • Lead the structuring, execution, and ongoing management of securitisation and other structured funding programs.
  • Optimise Treasury operations by streamlining processes, enhancing controls, and improving overall efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive Treasury policies and governance frameworks that meet regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver funding solutions that support strategic growth and operational objectives.

About You:

  • Experienced Treasury leader with a strong track record in wholesale funding, securitisation, structured finance programs.
  • Proven experience across a senior Treasury roles ideally from a Financial Services or Banking environment
  • Skilled in end-to-end deal execution, investor engagement, and policy documentation.
  • Strong relationship management and influencing skills with investors, funding partners, and advisors.
  • Hands-on in policy writing and governance framework
  • Strategic contributor with the ability to translate complex funding requirements into actional outcomes
  • Experienced in leading small teams and driving process improvements, reporting enhancements, and automation.
