We are seeking a motivated and experienced part-time Medical Secretary to join our busy neurology practices located in West Perth and Joondalup. The successful application will be required to work afternoon shifts at both clinics.

The Opportunity:

This position is an exciting opportunity for a secretary to join an amazing team.

The following roster would apply:

  • Monday 4pm - 7pm Joondalup
  • Tuesday 4pm - 7pm Joondalup
  • Wednesday 4pm - 7pm West Perth
  • Thursday 4pm -7pm Joondalup
  • Friday 4pm - 7pm West Perth

Duties include:

  • Scheduling and managing patient appointments
  • Maintaining accurate patient medical files
  • Liaising with patient and health providers via email, fax and phone
  • Assisting with day-to-day operations at both medical practices

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Be able to prioritise workload
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and privacy of patient information
