Are you a friendly, organised, and motivated Medical Receptionist looking for a rewarding role in a growing healthcare practice? Anodyne is expanding, and we're looking for an adaptable professional to join our team on a full-time basis.

About Anodyne:

Anodyne is a multi-centred specialist medical health service focused on innovative pain and mental health care solutions. Our mission is to provide high-quality, person-centred care through a biopsychosocial model of health. We specialise in the provision of innovative treatments for mental health and chronic pain, and are expanding our clinical services across multiple centres around Australia.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Delivering outstanding customer service
  • Liaising with patients to book appointments and theatre procedures
  • Ensuring patient medical records are up-to-date and all relevant tests and correspondence is uploaded in a timely manner
  • Processing billing for private patients, DVA, health funds and 3rd parties (workers compensation, insurance)
  • Handling other reception and administrative tasks as needed

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience as a medical receptionist, ideally in a specialist practice
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (in person & over the phone)
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently or within a team
  • A positive attitude and commitment to patient care
