Capital Radiology is part of the Integral Diagnostics (IDX) group—one of the largest providers of diagnostic imaging services across Australia and New Zealand. With a strong commitment to accessible and high-quality care, we operate over 150 community-based clinics under trusted brands including Capital Radiology, Lake Imaging, Apex Radiology and Future Medical Imaging Group.

We are currently looking for a friendly, organised, and motivated Medical Receptionist to join our busy clinic in Claremont, WA. This is a role within a supportive and close-knit team, where patient care and service come first.

The Role

As a key first point of contact for our patients and referrers, you will play an important role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting patients and managing front desk operations
  • Handling incoming phone and email enquiries professionally
  • Scheduling appointments and managing bookings
  • Processing patient payments and Medicare claims
  • Maintaining accurate patient records and registration details
  • Key attention to detail & management of patient data entry

What We're Looking For

We're after someone who is patient-focused, dependable, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service. Ideally, you'll bring:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or medical reception role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good time management and multitasking ability
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
  • Experience in radiology or Medicare billing (highly regarded but not essential)
