About The Role
As a Medical Receptionist, you will play a vital role in ensuring our practice runs smoothly and patients feel welcomed and cared for. You will manage the front desk, answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide administrative support to clinical staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Managing phone lines and responding to queries
  • Booking, cancelling, and rescheduling appointments
  • Maintaining patient records accurately and confidentially
  • Liaising with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
  • Handling prescriptions, referrals, and medical documents
  • Ensuring the waiting area is tidy and welcoming

About You:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role (preferably in a medical setting)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Confident using computer systems
  • A calm, empathetic, and patient-focused approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
