Receptionist/ Sales Support Administrator
Trio is Australia's largest and leading importer/exporter of sunglasses, lighters and smoking accessories. We are now seeking a motivated person to join our growing team located in the Rocklea area. In this exciting and varied role you will work closely with our sales and management team, providing valuable administration support to our company and customers. You will also be responsible for general office duties.
The Role:
As a Receptionist/ Sales Support Administrator the key to your success will be
- Demonstrated experience in administration.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Great time management skills
- Exceptional phone manner
- Be able to multi-task to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior Sales Support or administration experience would be advantageous
- You are able to adapt to change and think on your feet
- Professional presentation at all times
