About the Role

We're seeking a motivated Automotive Auto Electrician who shares our passion for innovation and growth. The role is varied, challenging, and rewarding – perfect for someone who thrives on technical problem-solving and wants to upskill in electric vehicle technology.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduled maintenance and repairs of buses and light trucks.
  • Supporting zero-emission bus servicing and pre-delivery.
  • New vehicle electrical fit-ups and system integration.
  • Diagnosing and resolving electrical issues (diesel and electric).
  • Technical support for fleet operators and workshop teams.

You'll be encouraged to play to your strengths while also gaining exposure to EV systems, diagnostics, and advanced vehicle technologies.

What We're Looking For
  • Trade-qualified Auto Electrician (minimum 2 years' experience).
  • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly motivated, reliable, and safety-focused.
  • Full Australian working rights (or willingness to obtain visa).
  • Bus/Heavy Vehicle experience desirable, but not essential.
  • Light auto electricians keen to upskill are welcome to apply.

EV training provided – no prior electric vehicle experience required.
