Job Title: Governance Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a Governance Coordinator to join our INPEX Managing Directors Office team in Perth. Join us in helping shape a brighter energy future.

Key responsibilities include:

Coordinate material/content for leadership forums (ELT, ILT, SLT).

"First responder" for queries and requests related to leadership forums.

Manage calendars, travel bookings, IT requests, onboarding, and visitor coordination.

Maintain governance systems including the Committees Register, Business Decision Note Register, and Controlled Document System.

Record and distribute accurate minutes of meetings and associated actions.

Prepare quarterly Board reports and support the team in report, deliverables and document formatting.

Support the Risk and Assurance team in monitoring data quality in the Enterprise Risk Management system.

Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.

Successful candidates will have:

Skilled in Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Lists, Copilot).

Strong communicators with high attention to detail.

Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.

Able to work independently and collaboratively.

Professional, well-presented, and committed to maintaining confidentiality.

Certificate IV or Diploma in Business Administration (or similar) is advantageous.
