Job description:

We are seeking a Governance Coordinator to join our INPEX Managing Directors Office team in Perth. Join us in helping shape a brighter energy future.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate material/content for leadership forums (ELT, ILT, SLT).
  • "First responder" for queries and requests related to leadership forums.
  • Manage calendars, travel bookings, IT requests, onboarding, and visitor coordination.
  • Maintain governance systems including the Committees Register, Business Decision Note Register, and Controlled Document System.
  • Record and distribute accurate minutes of meetings and associated actions.
  • Prepare quarterly Board reports and support the team in report, deliverables and document formatting.
  • Support the Risk and Assurance team in monitoring data quality in the Enterprise Risk Management system.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.

Successful candidates will have:

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Lists, Copilot).
  • Strong communicators with high attention to detail.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Professional, well-presented, and committed to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Certificate IV or Diploma in Business Administration (or similar) is advantageous.
