About the role
G2 Italian is seeking an experienced and talented Chef de Partie in Italian cuisine to join our team in our restaurant located in Burnside, SA 5066. This is a full-time role, offering flexible hours to the right candidate.
What you'll be doing
- Preparing and cooking a range of Italian dishes, serving lunch, bar and dinner menus to a consistently high standard
- Ensuring all food is presented beautifully and in line with G2 Italian's brand and quality standards
- Work effectively and keep calm, respecting your team members, and maintain a well-organized, clean, and safe working environment
- Collaborating with the wider team to provide an exceptional dining experience for our customers
- Adhering to all food safety and health regulations
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in Italian cuisine, ideally in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Excellent cooking skills and knowledge of a wide range of Italian dishes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for delivering high-quality food and customer service
- Food safety certification and understanding of relevant regulations
