Pearl is a beautiful beachside venue with a fun, thriving kitchen and a delicious mediterranean inspired menu. We focus heavily on fresh, South Australian seafood and local garden produce. We have one of the best views of Aldinga Bay from our dining room and cook over a giant custom charcoal grill daily. We source and pour local wines along side tasty plates from the sea in a casual but considered environment.

We are seeking a chef de partie candidate who can demonstrate:
  • A minimum of 1-2 years experience cooking in an a la carte restaurant environment
  • Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality seasonal dishes
  • Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes
  • Preparing fish and seafood
  • Keep stations clean and compliant with food safety standards
  • Assisting with the management of food hygiene practices
  • A keen eye for detail
  • An ability to move with a sense of purpose and work efficiently whilst maintaining a calm demeanour.
  • Accountability & self motivation
  • Great personal presentation & keep their work station clean (open kitchen)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confident and capable at working both in a team environment and unsupervised
  • Must be available Thursday - Sunday (Winter) & Wednesday - Sunday (Summer)
  • That they can legally work in Australia
We are seeking a breakfast chef candidate who can demonstrate:
  • 1-2 years experience in a similar role
  • Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality seasonal dishes
  • Great personal presentation & keep their work station clean (open kitchen)
  • Reading & understanding dockets
  • Food preparation
  • Confident and capable at working both in a team environment and unsupervised
  • Must be available Thursday - Sunday (Winter) & Wednesday - Sunday (Summer)
  • That they can legally work in Australia
