We're Hiring: Experienced Sous Chef & Chef de Partie – Press Food & Wine, Adelaide
Press Food & Wine is on the hunt for talented, motivated chefs to join our kitchen team. We're looking for a Sous Chef ready to take on a leadership role, as well as a skilled Chef de Partie who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Sous Chef responsibilities:
- Support the Head Chef in leading the kitchen team
- Drive quality, consistency, and creativity in every service
- Contribute to menu development and kitchen operations
- Mentor and train junior chefs
Chef de Partie responsibilities:
- Confidently run your own section with precision and efficiency
- Deliver dishes to the highest standard, every time
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service
- Grow your skills and develop towards senior roles
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in a similar role (minimum 2 years in a reputable, established restaurant preferred)
- Passion for great food, fresh produce, and attention to detail
- Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills
