talented Architectural Draftsperson to join our dynamic firm and contribute to our exciting

projects.

Position Summary:

The Draftsman is responsible for producing detailed technical drawings and plans that

accurately represent design specifications provided by architects, engineers, or project

leads. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and clarity of documentation

used for construction, fabrication, or installation purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

Some of the key duties include but not limited to:

  • Collaborating with architects and project managers to develop detailed architectural drawings and plans.
  • Preparing technical drawings, specifications, and documentation for both residential and commercial projects.
  • Ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations.
  • Assisting in the visualization of design concepts through 3D modelling and renderings.
  • Revising designs and plans based on client feedback or project changes.
  • Conducting site visits to assess project progress and gather information for design modifications.
  • Maintaining open communication with team members, clients, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Utilizing CAD software to produce detailed architectural plans and layouts efficiently.
  • Participating in team meetings to discuss project timelines and updates.

Qualifications:

  • At least a Bachelor degree level of qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Architectural Draftsperson, preferably within the commercial and residential construction sectors.
  • Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for architectural design.
