We are seeking a full time **Architectural Draftsperson** who will be able to work independently and as part of a team, reliable and will be rewarded with a great salary also a friendly and supportive work environment.

**The Role**

You will be the responsible for preparing preliminary sketches, working drawings and detailed specifications. Liaise with builders and contractors to create and update plans, maps, charts, and drawings for building projects.

**Your daily responsibilities will include but not limited to**:

- Analysing building specifications, codes, and sites.
- Creating technical drawings from architects' sketches and specifications.
- Using CAD software to create drawings that incorporate exact measurements, calculations, building codes, and other construction details.
- Printing CAD drawing schematics for use by architects, construction managers, and structural and maintenance engineers.
- Entering CAD data into building information modelling (BIM) systems to create 3-D models and renderings.
- Preparing drawings, charts, and records with CAD equipment and conventional drafting techniques.
- Visiting construction sites to perform measurements and calculate dimensions as needed.
- Collaborating with managers and construction engineers to ensure adherence to building specifications and industry regulations.
- Keeping abreast of the latest developments and technologies in architectural design.

**Work Experience and Skills**
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Able to work efficiently with and without supervision;
- Well versed in maintenance, cleaning and debris removal tasks;
- Demonstrated ability to work in extreme weather conditions.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
