Job Title: Experienced Draftsperson (Residential and Commercial Drafting)

Location: Perth, Western Australia

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Produce accurate and detailed architectural drawings using Graphisoft Archicad
- Collaborate with architects and designers to develop design concepts and ensure project requirements are met
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and team members
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, building codes, and regulations
- Report directly to the Director and work closely with the design team

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years' experience in drafting, with a focus on residential and commercial projects
- Proficiency in Graphisoft Archicad is a must
- Strong design skills and understanding of architectural principles
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Team player with a collaborative mindset
- Relevant educational background in architecture, engineering, or a related field
