Join a respected residential builder with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality homes across regional and metro Western Australia. Based in modern offices in Osborne Park, this is a great opportunity for an experienced Architectural Draftsperson to join a friendly and collaborative team.

We're looking for someone passionate about residential design, confident working on both single and double-storey projects, and experienced in producing accurate and detailed documentation that meets high standards of compliance and presentation.

The Role

  • Prepare preliminary, planning, and working drawings for contract and construction documentation
  • Ensure all drawings meet NCC, R-Codes, local council, and developer design guidelines
  • Complete amendments and variations accurately and efficiently
  • Liaise closely with internal teams to support smooth project delivery from design through pre-construction

About You

  • Minimum 2+ years of residential drafting experience within the WA construction market
  • Certificate IV or Diploma in Residential Building Drafting
  • Proficient in ArchiCAD (essential)
  • Strong understanding of local building codes and design principles
  • Positive and proactive team player with great attention to detail
