Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Melbourne, VIC. The Business Development Manager will identify and secure new business opportunities, build lasting client relationships, and develop strategic plans to achieve growth targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with prospective clients, preparing proposals, presenting services, conducting market analysis, and collaborating with teams to implement growth initiatives. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to ensure the delivery of innovative and tailored solutions that exceed client expectations.
Qualifications
- Strong business development, client relationship management, and sales skills
- Experience in strategic planning, market analysis, and opportunity identification
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Knowledge of or experience in the security, cleaning, or facilities management industries.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and committed to achieving measurable business outcomes
