We are looking for a Parts Warehouse Supervisor to join our team bases in Sunshine West, Victoria.

About the role

As our new Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the goods received and dispatched of Parts - Warehouse.

  • Supervise the warehouse staff to facilitate the effective operation of the Parts Warehouse
  • Comply with Safe Working Practices and safety hazards are addressed.
  • Ensure all goods received and dispatched comply to the required Quality standards.
  • Check incoming goods against documentation for accuracy.
  • Inform your manager of any non-conformance.
  • Approved & Qualified with dealing with overseas containers & paperwork
  • Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • Solid warehousing knowledge
  • Current Driving licence as this position will be required to work between our 2 sites, Sunshine West and Truganina
  • Previous Warehouse Supervision experience preferred; however, we are also open to considering individuals who are eager to develop their careers and step into this position
  • An ability to define and implement solutions against deadlines.

  • Ensure carriers' performance is in accordance with contracts and goods are delivered safely without undue delays, errors, or losses
