What does the job look like?
Our Intermodal team in West Melbourne have a permanent, full-time vacancy for a Warehouse Supervisor where you will contribute to ensuring our warehouse operation is running efficiently and safety. This is a day shift role, working from 10:00am - 6:00pm

  • Ensure effective communication across inbound/outbound requirements with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Oversee key process processes including receipts, put-away, picking, wrapping, load creation, replenishment, and dispatch
  • Monitor stock counts, audits, and inventory management procedures to ensure accuracy
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimising processes and workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and customer service standards

  • Prior Warehouse Operations experience within the Logistics/Transport/Rail industry
  • Proficiency across systems including Microsoft Office Suite and Warehouse/Transport Management Systems
  • Solid understanding of WH&S practices
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid forklift licence (LF) would be advantageous
