Role Overview

The Customer Operations & Receivables Coordinator position will work in with our operations Manager tackling greeting visitors, managing payments, coordinating with the warehouse, handling service calls, updating customers, managing accounts receivable, confirming orders, and maintaining the office environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Greeting and Payment Handling:

Welcome customers picking up orders, process balance payments accurately, and coordinate with the warehouse team for loading.
- Service and Support Calls:
Manage incoming service and support calls, create tickets, resolve basic cases using provided training, maintain service pipeline priorities, and action tasks efficiently.
- Customer Communication:
Provide timely updates to customers regarding order or service progress, ensuring clear and proactive communication.
- Accounts Receivable and Delivery Confirmation:
Make calls to follow up on accounts receivable and confirm delivery addresses with precision.
- Order Confirmation:
Conduct pin size and order confirmation calls to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Office Management:
Ensure operational team consumables (e.g., office supplies) are stocked, maintain general cleanliness, and manage the office and facility effectively.

Preferable Skills/Experience

Experience (Essential)
:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer literacy (e.g., MS Office, CRM/ticketing systems).
• Problem-solving skills to handle basic service inquiries.
• Professional and approachable demeanour.

Experience (Desirable)
:

• Previous receptionist or customer service experience.
• Knowledge of accounts receivable processes or basic bookkeeping.
• Experience in a warehouse or operations support role.
