* $65,000 to $70,000 pa package plus super plus performance bonuses

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Select, train, and coach warehouse staff
  • Oversee container unloading and stock organization for optimal availability
  • Manage order fulfillment, packing, and dispatch
  • Maintain warehouse equipment and ensure cost-effective use of packing supplies
  • Enforce safe work procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace
  • Plan and manage daily warehouse operations within labor budgets
  • Build professional relationships with external contacts
  • Ensure quality control by identifying and addressing faulty stock
  • Lead change initiatives to improve productivity and efficiency
  • Process credit returns promptly (within 48 hours or by month-end)
  • Support a positive warehouse culture and collaborate across teams
  • Manage attendance via timesheets and/or Xero
  • Learn logistics operations for career growth opportunities
  • Support business improvement initiatives with the owner
