Business Proposals and Tender Submissions Coordinator – Remote

At SpacetoCo, we don't just write tenders — we craft compelling arguments that unlock opportunities for our business and the communities we serve.

We're looking for someone who knows how to win. Someone who's driven by clear production outcomes — like successful government bids and signed partner agreements. You'll lead our bid and proposal process from end to end, encompassing strategy, writing, internal collaboration, submission, and post-bid review. This isn't a 'fill-in-the-form' type of role. It's strategic, creative, and fast-paced.

You'll work closely with multiple teams within SpacetoCo to shape win themes, value propositions and differentiation strategies tailored to each bid. You'll also coach others in our business on tender best practices, compliance, and clarity. You'll project manage each tender, incorporating cross-functional input from product, partnerships, legal, onboarding, and customer success.

To succeed here, you'll need to be sharp, structured, and able to turn technical ideas into persuasive language. You must be comfortable owning your pipeline, meeting submission deadlines, and achieving a win rate of 50% or higher across up to 24 high-quality tenders per year. AI tools (such as ChatGPT), digital bid libraries, and collaborative workflows are integral to day-to-day operations.

We're scaling rapidly and expanding into new markets, such as the UK. This is a newly created role that will directly relieve pressure on our Partnerships team and provide you with the opportunity to shape how community spaces are activated around the world.

This role is not for beginners.
