Tendering Coordinator
to join our team and support the preparation and coordination of tender submissions and vendor registrations.

Reporting to our Tendering & Marketing Manager, this role plays a key part in ensuring our proposals are accurate, professional, and on time.

What you'll do

  • Support the end-to-end tender process – compile, format, and review documents to meet deadlines.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather CVs, project histories, and technical data.
  • Assist with maintaining the tender and leads register.
  • Prepare and update vendor registrations, ensuring company information and certifications are current.
  • Maintain accurate document control, version management, and standardised templates for professional submissions.

What you'll bring

  • 2–3 years' experience in tender coordination, document control, or a similar role (civil construction/mining/engineering preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Adobe InDesign or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented approach.
