About the Opportunity

As a Proposals Coordinator, you'll manage the end-to-end tender process – from identifying opportunities through to submission and post-review. Working with estimating, operations, HSEQ and finance, you'll prepare professional, compliant and competitive submissions that showcase Minprovise's capability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage proposals, bids and tenders across multiple business units
  • Prepare high-quality submissions and support bid meetings
  • Draft/edit bid documents to ensure clarity and compliance
  • Coordinate bid action plans, briefings, site inspections and reporting
  • Conduct client research and supplier pricing input
  • Maintain proposal database and manage tender administration
  • Prepare bid analysis and risk assessments for management review
  • Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to meet deadlines

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years' experience in bid/tender coordination
  • Strong knowledge of tender processes and documentation
  • Excellent organisational skills with ability to meet tight deadlines
  • High attention to detail and strong written communication skills
  • Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Tertiary qualification (desirable)
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
