**Proposals Coordinator**

We are looking for a Proposals Coordinator to join the Georgiou team. This role will see you responsible for the coordination and presentation / preparation of high-quality submissions and presentations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone that is keen to get into a Proposals coordinator role but may not have experience in the role. Georgiou will provide hands on training to help you grow your career in proposals.

**What you'll do (but not limited to)**:

- Coordination of EOI and Tender documents and neat presentation of our submissions.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication and timely responsiveness with internal and external customers
- Ensure all proposals are formatted and comply with company brand guidelines and customer requirements
- Liaising with other team members to ensure all bids are submitted on time and fully compliant with the requirements
- Please note this role is a non-technical data role in that position would just have to format/collate management plans/methodologies, not actually write them.

- Excellent communication, time management, multitasking and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines, work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks at the same time
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and diplomacy skills.
- Process oriented, dependable and a committed team player
- Intermediate Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Canva, PhotoShop, Adobe Indesign advantageous but not necessary, the right person will be trained up.
