They have a newly created role of Account Executive – Business Development that will play a key part to support the company's ambitious growth plans.

What You'll Be Doing
Warm Lead Conversion & Business Development
Report directly to the National Business Development Manager, working collaboratively to convert warm leads into new business and meet agreed growth targets
Engage with MBA members to demonstrate the value of MBIB's insurance solutions, providing expert guidance and tailored support
Deliver timely reporting on lead conversion outcomes and business development activities, offering insights and updates to management
Represent MBIB at MBV and industry events, building relationships and promoting our products and services to prospective clients
About You
Proven experience in insurance broking or commercial underwriting is essential. You might be in an internal account management position or an assistant account executive hungry to embed yourself in the industry and
You thrive in business development roles, especially within association, affinity, or general business channels.
Skilled in campaign-based sales programs, with a strong commercial and strategic mindset.
Tier 1 qualifications (or equivalent) are highly desirable.
This is a role with autonomy, flexibility and real impact. You'll be close to strategy, close to clients and backed by an industry-respected organisation. MBIB wants their brokers broking, so you'll be supported with administration and claims.
