With exponential growth in sales, brand recognition and constant consumer demand, our client is looking for an experienced On Premise Key Account Manager or an On Premise Specialist who is ready to step up, with a can do attitude and well-rounded experience to join their Sydney team.
This opportunity is key to fostering strong, collaborative relationships with customers. You will oversee crucial partnerships with leading state based On-Premise groups across NSW, playing a vital role in driving the organisation's vision and growth in this channel.
Reporting to the Head of On Premise, your key responsibilities include;
- Developing and cultivating strong, mutually beneficial partnerships with key On-Premise customers and groups across Sydney NSW.
- Creating and implementing top-tier account plans, including Trading Terms, Joint Business Plans, and tailored promotional strategies, aligned with both customer and the companies strategic goals.
- Driving new business development by building and executing a robust pipeline of account opportunities in VIC.
- Overseeing and controlling trade spend, ensuring it remains within the allocated budgetary limits and maximise ROI.
- Collaborating cross-functionally to achieve overall On Premise targets.
- Crafting and executing Joint Business Plans with key customers, aligning company Sales, Marketing and Category plans.
The successful candidate will demonstrate functional responsibilities to champion On-Premise capabilities within the State. With a strong background in negotiation and influencing both internally and externally, they will bring the ability to adapt to diverse situations with a passion for driving growth.
