The Role

We're looking for a motivated and empathetic Client Relations & Support Specialist to join our growing team and work directly with our Head of Client Experience.

This role is ideal for someone who's confident speaking with clients, enjoys relationship-building, and finds purpose in helping Australians reach their homeownership goals.


Key Responsibilities
  • Call and nurture warm leads who have already enquired about Super Property (no cold calling).
  • Guide clients through our online portal, ensuring they understand each step of the process.
  • Answer client questions with professionalism and care, providing timely support and updates.
  • Maintain CRM records and follow-ups to ensure accurate communication and client progress tracking.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Client Experience to improve processes and deliver an exceptional client journey.

About You

You're friendly, reliable, and take pride in creating a positive experience for clients. You're patient, clear, and can confidently explain complex topics in simple terms.

You'll thrive in this role if you:

  • Have experience in customer service, client relations, or real estate support.
  • Are confident on the phone and in video calls.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Are tech-savvy and comfortable navigating CRMs and client portals.
  • Are organised, proactive, and genuinely enjoy helping others.

The Details

Hours:

  • Monday & Wednesday: 12 PM – 8 PM
  • Tuesday & Thursday: 9 AM – 5 PM

  • Friday: 9 AM – 3 PM

  • Location: Hybrid Remote (flexible work-from-home setup with team collaboration days)

  • Salary: $70,000 OTE (base + achievable performance bonuses)
  • Reports To: Head of Client Experience
