We are currently seeking a motivated and energetic Appointment Setter to join our sales team. If you have a passion for engaging with potential clients, setting appointments, and driving business growth, this is the perfect opportunity for you
- We work with Medical Centre and Realestates on a daily bases to produce marketing material that is not only beneficial for the Medical Centre's and Realestates but the clients and patients of the venues also._
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads or a pre-existing database.
- Engage prospects in a friendly and professional manner, effectively communicating the value of our products/services.
- Qualify leads by gathering relevant information and identifying potential sales opportunities.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads, ensuring a smooth handover of information.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimise strategies for lead generation and appointment setting.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales-related roles is advantageous not essential.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident and persuasive phone presence.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the determination to achieve and exceed targets.
- Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage and prioritise multiple leads efficiently.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
