**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the construction sector.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and partners in the construction industry.
- Lead marketing campaigns tailored to construction professionals and property developers to promote our painting services and increase brand awareness.
- Conduct market research within the construction industry to understand customer needs, preferences, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional customer experiences for construction projects.
- Monitor sales performance and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimization within the construction sector.
- Represent Smith&Co Group at construction industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales and marketing management, preferably in the construction or related industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
- Excellent negotiation and networking abilities with a customer-focused approach within the construction sector.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns targeting construction professionals.
- Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
