About the role

This is a full-time role based in Burleigh Heads, QLD where you'll be joining the growing team at PeriscoPe Digital Group Pty Ltd as a Digital Marketing Specialist, with a focus on Paid Social and Paid Search campaigns.

You'll either be an all rounder with experience in both paid search and paid social OR a specialist in one of the channels... What you'll be doing:

  1. Managing and optimising paid social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok
  2. Developing and executing paid search campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
  3. Analysing campaign performance and providing detailed reporting and recommendations for improvement
  4. Collaborating with the wider marketing team to ensure campaigns are aligned with broader marketing strategies
  5. Staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools and best practices
  6. Providing expert advice and guidance to the PeriscoPe team and clients

What we're looking for

  1. 2-3+ years of experience in a digital marketing role, with a strong focus on paid social and paid search or a specialising in one of the channels
  2. Proven track record of planning, executing and optimising successful paid media campaigns
  3. Excellent analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to turn insights into actionable optimisations
  4. Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and technologies, including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics and social media analytics
  5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and compelling way
  6. Creative problem-solving skills and a willingness to test new ideas and strategies
  7. Relevant tertiary qualification in marketing, digital media or a related field (desirable)
