We are seeking a casual Dental Allrounder with a minimum of 2 years of experience who enjoys working a structured balance of Reception and Dental Assisting. The ideal candidate is passionate about oral health and dedicated to helping patients understand the value of maintaining a healthy, beautiful, and long-lasting smile. This position will be primarily based at our Caroline Springs clinic but will be required to travel to our Wyndham and Epping clinics as needed.

The responsibilities of the role include:

  • Management of appointment books
  • Processing HICAPS claims and account management
  • Liaising with patients and practitioners
  • Data entry and mailing tasks
  • Treatment planning and co-ordination
  • Chairside assisting
  • Sterilisation of instruments

The chosen candidate will demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

  • A high level of initiative and motivation.
  • Previous experience in the dental industry.
  • Dental assisting qualification is desirable.
  • A drive to learn and flourish.
  • They will be well presented, with a warm, mature nature.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in dental practice management software (Experience with Dental4Windows (D4W) is highly desirable but not essential)
