Recruitment Coordinator | Full Time Permanent | Kewdale

As our Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in engaging skilled talent with great opportunities across the business. Reporting to the National HR Manager, you'll work alongside a knowledgeable and supportive team, that values collaboration and focused on achieving great results together.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building genuine connections and takes pride in delivering a great experience for both candidates and hiring teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage full end to end recruitment (blue and white collar): identifying, advertising, shortlisting, scheduling job interviews, reference checks, salary negotiations, pre-employment medicals, offers, and onboarding
  • Partner with managers to understand staffing requirements and specific job objectives
  • Advertise roles on job boards and social media and liaise with recruitment agencies
  • Attract and secure top talent using diverse advertising platforms and creative sourcing methods and stay up to date with current recruiting methods
  • Deliver a great candidate experience with timely communication and smooth recruitment processes
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Liaise with external recruitment partners to ensure alignment with hiring needs and manage agency relationships effectively
  • Attend job fairs and career events as required to promote our brand and opportunities
  • Contribute to HR functions and initiatives

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Coordinator
  • Confident managing multiple vacancies, priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work independently but still be a team player
  • Professional in presentation with a proactive, can do attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High standards of integrity and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with computer based systems
