In this role, you'll:
Join a small finance team within Transports Asset Management division working across interesting and diverse portfolios within Rail Assets
Drive the development of pricing, investment, and revenue strategies that ensure long-term financial sustainability and safe, efficient asset performance.
Analyse and forecast future revenue streams, identifying financial risks and developing mitigation strategies in a changing economic and regulatory environment.
Generate financial reporting, transactions and support lifecycle costing, investment prioritisation, and asset value optimisation.
Provide clear, data-driven advice and insights to influence stakeholder decision-making and align investment planning with strategic priorities.
Prepare accurate financial inputs and reporting to support robust budgeting, Treasury submissions, and strategic decision-making.

About you
You have expertise in finance minimum 5 years, with demonstrated experience in financial reporting, procurement, contract management, transactions, investment planning, and pricing strategy in asset-intensive industries.
Ideally you have an exposure to large complex portfolio's within infrastructure or government
You bring a strong understanding of risk management, revenue forecasting, and regulatory frameworks.
You are experienced in delivering shared services that drive efficiency, service quality, and continuous improvement while engaging stakeholders effectively.
You hold a tertiary qualification in finance, accounting, or business. CPA or working towards preferred.
Your experienced working with SAP and Power BI
You are adaptable and resilient, able to manage shifting priorities while maintaining focus on long-term value and strategic outcomes.
You enjoy working in a team environment, and are keen to learn and grow your skills
