In this role, you'll:
Work within Transport Asset Manager, across an interesting diverse portfolio within Rail Assets.
You'll play a key role in analysing and forecasting TAM's (Transport Asset Manager) future revenue streams, helping to shape long-term financial sustainability. Your insights will guide strategic decisions, ensuring TAM's asset base continues to perform safely and efficiently.
You'll be responsible for assisting in the development of pricing and investment strategies that optimise asset performance while maintaining operational integrity. Navigating a dynamic regulatory and economic landscape. You'll be responsible for reporting on entity performance and assisting management with strategic decisions.
You'll integrate financial, economic, and operational data to support investment decisions that align with TAM's strategic priorities and market conditions.
Working with a high level of autonomy, you'll be accountable for the delivery of your work and the quality, integrity, and impact of the services you provide.
This is a permanent fulltime role, based in Sydney CBD.

About you
You bring deep expertise in finance and investment planning, particularly within asset-intensive industries such as large complex infrastructure or Government environments where your strategic thinking and analytical skills have driven impactful outcomes.
Your proficiency in pricing strategy, and revenue forecasting enables you to make data-driven decisions that support long-term sustainability and growth.
You're adept at navigating complex financial landscapes and ensuring compliance while maximising value. Always with a focus on continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement from operational staff through to senior management and executive directors.
Thriving in dynamic, regulated environments, you're known for your ability to manage shifting priorities and tackle complex challenges with confidence and clarity. Your adaptability and forward-thinking approach make you a trusted partner in driving financial and operational excellence.
Confident in software systems such as SAP (PPM PS project reporting) and Power BI along with previous experience in Treasury and project reporting.
