Service Coordinator – Mt Waverley Office

Join Australia's leading supplier of dock equipment, scissor lifts, vehicle lifts, hoists, cranes, and lifting devices—serving both domestic and international markets. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Service Coordinator to join our dynamic service team based in Mount Waverley. In this role, you'll be responsible for scheduling and coordinating equipment maintenance and breakdown services across Australia.

What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you'll need to demonstrate:

  • Proven experience in scheduling and managing multiple jobs simultaneously
  • A proactive, can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills to ensure exceptional customer service through regular updates and interactions
  • Ability to proactively seek solutions and demonstrate sound judgement.
  • Willingness to learn the technical aspects of our products and services

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and process orientation
  • Clear and professional verbal and written communication
  • Experience with purchase orders and work order coordination

Bonus Skills (Highly Desirable)

  • Knowledge of workplace safety compliance and process documentation
  • Background in construction or trade services
  • Experience in project coordination and planning
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP system.
