Overview:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our Sydney team. This role is vital in supporting the daily operations of our plumbing and infrastructure business, handling administration and job management through AroFlo and Xero.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office administration including scheduling, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Support job management in AroFlo, including processing work orders, purchase orders, and timesheets.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors regarding project administration.
  • Assist management with compliance records, insurance documentation, and safety paperwork.
  • Prepare reports from AroFlo and Xero to track costs and project progress.
  • Maintain an organised and professional office environment.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in office administration.
  • Proficiency in AroFlo (job management system) and Xero (accounting software) is highly regarded but not essential – training can be provided.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in plumbing, construction, or trades industry (highly regarded).
